If you're using slow-curing CA, you may also want to lay in some accelerator. That way you have time to align the parts, but you don't then have to sit waiting for the glue to cure and risk the alignment going off again. A third hand may also be useful.

I use CA glue medium-curing with accelerator and beer. CA glue is great for resin parts, and the accelerator making things more convienent, the beer is for the realization that the aftermarket company clearly never actually saw the kit. :drink:
