Dave Fleming
First up in Revell's CH-47D, which is being converted to an RAF HC2. Test Fitting and initial coat of grey (Taken through the lens of my magnifying light - why didn't I buy one of these years ago?) Next Night: Couple of washes and some dry brushing, just to look like something is there through the cockpit - RAF 'hooks are all black in the cockpit. Drilling the holes for the second set of HF antennae found on early RAF HC2s...(white blobs are just spots of paint as markers above the holes that need duplicated) Wednesday All glued up For anyone who hasn't seen this kit, it's basically a scaled down copy of the Italeri kit.
