Dave Fleming
Found a couple of these in my paint box, I bought them years ago, never got around to using them for anything. Wondered if anyone else has used them for modelling (washes etc)?

Yes, I've used them for washes, but mainly I use them for the wood effects on my WWI 'bipes'
robw_uk
mine arent W&N but I have water based oil paints and use them as i guess you would normal oil paints (so far that is just dot filtering (see the Fuji cockpit I have in WIP).... I think the only main thing is that they take sometime to dry - think ~ 4-5 days in total....

About the same time as ordinary oil paints, although you can shorten the drying time by putting them on to a piece of tissue for about 1/2 an hour, to soak up the liquid in them, before mixing them.
