1:24 SCALE CUTAWAY SPITFIRE

Recommended Posts

Hi every one

Its taken a long time but I have finally finished this project that I started over 3 years ago when I was living in UK!!Having more time to make models here in Bulgaria I was able to get more done quicker else it would have gone on and on for decades I expect! :o

The idea of this project when I started was to show how everything goes together and the construction of a Spitfire on the inside!....its been a bumpy road at times with the whole thing nearly ending up in the bin!.........but I think or I hope I have achieved this with this model.

There are a lot of photos because there is a lot of detail to show....so apologies for that!

I have put the photos into sections as you will see.......................I hope you enjoy them........

Well thanks for sticking with it and looking in ;)

I have to say that I really enjoyed this project but kind of glad that it is finally over!

......................what the hell am I going to do with it now?!!...box it and store it in the loft to keep the dust off :D

...Till the next project.....

Cheers

Fozzy

Absolutely stunning work.

It is indeed truly inspiring, but I wish I had the time to spend trying to get anywhere near this level.

Thanks a lot.....I am lucky enough to have taken early retirment so I do have time on my hands.......Fozzy
