Honeybee Posted March 9, 2011 Author Share Posted March 9, 2011 (edited) Hi all I changed the M by painting out the center and adding a 'V' to the two legs left over. I then realised that this isn't correct either as the centre is much thinner and goes to a point. I am not going to change it again and it is now closer to the original than it was. Serial also added. I noted in the picture that there appeared to be footmarks along the wings and I've had a go at this also. I once saw someone else do this on a camoflaged Lanc and it looked great, mine doesn't. I used some exhausts from Hurrinuts Revell Lanc, not perfect but not too bad. Props and wheels on so now on the last legs. The upper view shows the exhaust staining a bit better than the last lower angle shot. The different shades were achieved only by varying the density of the paint, it's all one colour thinned down and sprayed on at a low psi.
