Do you have photo evidence of the hatch cover near the rear turret ??

Ian

Thank you.

To your question, you mean toilet or flare dispenser?

Beautiful.  Great interior work.  I've always liked 300 (Polish) Squadron's 'Lady in a Champagne Glass'.   There's some really nice weathering on your model as well.

1/48 Diorama of PD259 463 Sqn RAF Waddington, This model now resides with the remains of the real aircraft in the heritage center at RAF Waddington"

How very evocative. My father surved as a Navigator on 463 squadron flying out of Waddington. His aircraft was Nick the Nazi Neutraliser LM130-1.jpg

I made the model from an Airfix kit some years ago, and will try and photo it for inclusion on this thread.

happy New Year to all.

Hi Mike, just came across this old post of yours. My grandad was the flight engineer on LM130. What was your Dad's name?

Then  there is this one. B.II from the next current tooling by Airfix. I built this one a few years ago when it first was released.

Finally a very recent finish. The kit was sent to me part built and all I needed to do was add and fit all remaining bits and decorate it. More pics of this in RFI.

Decals from the Techmod range depicting 300 Polish Squadron.

( I left off a spinner as I like the prop hub detail)

Somewhere here, there are pics of my 1/144th Lanc

Found pics of my 1/144th kit by A Model. Not a brilliant result... built in confined space due to lack of shed at the time and lockdown.  It was hard work getting the bomb doors to fit and resorted to a lot of filler, it had a cracked canopy that was hard to hide, lost all the guns.  But here it is anyway.

Those props wer a pain too... each blade separate and everything had lots of flash.
