You are aware that the Italeri kit is a completely fictitious combination of chassis and launcher? The chassis is a ZIL 151, which was barely around in time for Korea never mind WW2. The launcher is definitely a wartime version.

That launcher would be found on an earlier Russian ZIL or GAZ truck. See the Allan version, for example. However, you could also rescue the kit by grafting the launcher onto a US GMC CCKW or Studebaker US6 chassis: both of these combinations certainly existed. That leaves you with a ZIL 151 chassis/cab to do something else with. There were many variants.
