Italeri's 1/48 DC-130 Director with drones, pics show progress to date. Started some 4/5 years ago after acquiring the kit for £1 at a boot sale (those were the days!!). Black drones will be resprayed orange. Tail needs some smoothing out, the paintwork is horribly bumpy Thanks to Smeds I now have decals for this kit. wkennerley Posted December 12, 2010 Author Share Posted December 12, 2010 Right I think this kit is going to get the boot - I tried decalling the drones and the decals will not even stick onto the model, I have used micro sol and decal set but they are curling off the model - I have applied yet another coat and will leave them overnight - if they do not stick I will move onto the 1/12 Airfix Bentley.
