CliffB Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 Cool model- where are you sourcing your parts to finish it? Hi Touvdal Does your issue of this vacform have resin parts too? The version I sent over to CPNGROATS a few weeks ago, had some surprisingly nice resin bits (engines, wheels etc). I'm hoping the CV is going to be one of the first that you do for this GB! Cliff
Touvdal Posted November 3, 2010 Author Posted November 3, 2010 Yes it have resin parts, I hope I will get it done, but you know a lot of grinding cheers Jes

Nico Teunissen Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 Well, I do know it can be finished cause I built one of these ages ago. As a Dutch one (of course). After some seroius effort it does look like a CV though! Maybe I can add a photo if appreciated. Cheers, Nico

Nico Teunissen Posted November 27, 2010 Posted November 27, 2010 (edited) Hello, Well as promised some pic's of my CV (built when I was 19 years old, so about 20 years ago). Propeller and wheels were taken from a Matchbox Hawker Fury Last evening I undusted it with Cyber Clean, gotta say this stuff did it's job very well! Well at this moment I am actually building another Fokker CV. This is going to be a Finnish Versio. A resin kit by PH Models, so far I am pretty happy with this kit. This eveneing I want to install the top wing by using an Aeroclub Jig: The kit does no provide indicators of any kind. Good luck with the build! Cheers, Nico Edited November 27, 2010 by Nico Teunissen
