aeroplanedriver
Hello all! I just joined a few days ago, and posted a bunch of my aircraft 'What If?' models, but I also wanted to post this Jeep I did as a 'real world' excursion. This was my first attempt at both a non-aviation model and 1/35. If found this kit to be a joy to build and someday will get around to doing another. Any hints, tips, and criticism is, as always, welcome.

GrahamEM
Lovely, like the rust on the back of the shovel.
Nev
Very nice Nick - but I wouldn't expect anything less from you Only comments are that it is a bit glossy and clean - especially the tires.
Loki
Have to agree with Nev, a little too glossy. Tone down the tyres and lower half of the model with flat varnish. Perhaps a light dusting of Tamiya Buff on the lower half also? Other than that - faultless, lovely build !!!
Jeepers Creepers
One of my favourites - looks brilliant. And from one that over weathers, (due to actually doing some very muddy offroading ) I think its great! Suppose my love of flat fenders helps too! But the tyres should be matt, was looking at the (new) real things at the weekend (sad I know ) and they are not glossy but that's one of those things. And don't forget that the average lifespan of an MB was (apparently) 20 minutes on the line!
