I am about to start a 1/35 bombed out WW2 German Tank, Having been attacked and straffed by our good ol' RAF Typhoons.

After an attack with Rockets and 20mm Cannon how would an armoured Panther Tank end up?

Ok, it sounds a but of a stupid question (answer: A Mangled Mess) but what areas of the vehicle would take the most impact, and how would particular areas (prehaps with the most armour) hold out against such a beating?

Does anyone know of any other bombed out tanks (any scale) that have been made? links would be great also any tips prehaps?

Thanks!!!!

The Panzerwrecks series of books is very useful for this sort of stuff;

Lots of pics of wrecked tanks by various means that gives you some idea of the violence involved.

Sweet jesus and all the little orphans? Bet the crew didn't suffer. I like the way the tree is holding the barrel and upper hull up.

Is that a for sale sign at the bottom of the pic?
