Matt Roberts Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Sounds like Blogger Hiroshi on the Mighty Dragon Fan Club page has mentioned that there are two new Pacific themed subjects coming (wow finally ran out of Panzer III and IV variants?) One sounds to be a Japanese tank (Type 95 or Type 97) and the other sounds to be a half track mounting a gun - Marine half tracks w/75mm gun were used on Pelieu I think. There has been some chatter that Dragon had gone to Pelieu to get info on some subjects, and it looks like they may be surfacing later this week maybe Blogger Hiroshi is considered a pest on most armor forums due to his slagging of other companies and thier names (Bugler for Trumpeter....Fosters Sensei for PMMS website) but he is the official mouthpiece od Dragon. http://www.dmlforum.com/dmlforum/forumdisplay.php?f=16 Lets hope I'm not as beloved as Hiroshi is around the net
Andy K Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 RUN OUT OF PANZER III AND PANZER IV VARIANTS??? BURN THE HERETIC!
Mike Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 I'll be interested to see the Japanese tank... I quite like their rather utilitarian look
Matt Roberts Posted October 12, 2010 Author Posted October 12, 2010 The half track is another German one with a 20mm FLAK gun on it.....Sd.Kfz.10/5 2cm Flak 38
Basosz Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Oohh that's nice. I absolutely LOVE Dragon kits.
vonmarkenhausen Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Not enough Panzer 3 or 4 variants?? What about the Egyptian stuff? I love Dragon? They give some of their moulds to Revell? I bought a cheap Acadamy Panzer 4 and the Bergerpanzer conversion kit by Verlinden. Just before Dragon released the complete kit. Gutted. Or was it Trumpeter? I forget?
