Rodders Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Hi, I'm just finishing my 21C Macchi MC205, and swmbo has picked me two models from the stash. One is the 1/35th Academy M3 Honey. I've read a couple of reviews, which seemed to concentrate on accuracy issues. But as no one else sees my models when done i'm more concerned with doing a tidy job of it. Not that accuracy isn't important, but i don't think i have the ability to do complicated changes. Would anyone know, as i'm no expert on the M3, if it's a good build. Has any things to watch out for, etc. Thanks. PS The other kit is the Italeri 1/72 Fiat CR42 in the Luftwaffe scheme. Which looks like the most complicated scheme i'll ever do. Plus it's a biplane which i've never done before I think she likes punishing me
daz greenwood Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 The Academy is a nice kit, ok it has some issues, but can't remember where. And with the Cr.42, you won't need to rig it.
Panzer Vor!!! Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 i found the honey kit to be a dream build no probs at all dave
