DominikS
Hi all Has anyone heard anything new about new Spitfire Mk.I from Airfix. They've presented suchj a nice animation a nothing else. And there isn't much time left to the BoB Day. And what about Cyber Hobby's announcement about Spitfire Mk.I and Hurricane Mk.I. Anything new? John
According to the Wonderland Models website, the Airfix kit will be out on 20th September: http://www.wonderlandmodels.com/products/a...e-mk1a-special/ Make of that what you will. They were pretty close with the 1/48th Bf109E, the Trafalgar-Class sub and the "James May" 1/72 Spitfire, but they were expecting the Bf110 a couple of weeks ago. The wooksta V2.0
If Wonderland said it was raining, I'd look out of the window first.
Test Graham
Dragon/Cyberhobby have shown their Meteor around, but no sign of the others yet. I wouldn't wait up.
The wooksta V2.0
And bearing in mind the announced price for the Meteor - an eye watering £27! - I doubt you'd get any change from £20 for the Spitfire. Consider also that the Tamiya one is thought to be overpriced. The Airfix one will be about £6 and be readily available in quantity.

The wooksta V2.0
I'll believe that when I see it. I was going off the price of the PR.XIX which is between £5-6. And bear in mind that VAT increase in the new year - buy them now whilst they're cheaper!

Matt Roberts
Nothing on the Dragon kits yet - other than the arrival of the Meteor III which is the second of the 'new' Cyberhobby(Dragon) aircraft releases - after the 48th Bf-110Ds
The wooksta V2.0
Given that the Meteor is about £27, I predict that the price of the Spitfire will make the Tamiya one look like a bargain...
