Obi-Jiff Kenobi
Good find. I like the little nods to the real world, like saying the Eagles were a product of the British and Italian industries. Obi-Jiff
Deanflyer
He he he...that's really well done. Better than my own effort a few years ago after I'd built my USS Enterprise, and imagined it doing a low pass at RIAT: Some people have too much time on their hands... Phil W
Are they retired movie props? The 'Orion' space liner appears to have a lot of DC-3 in it.
Graeme
Are they retired movie props? The 'Orion' space liner appears to have a lot of DC-3 in it. The Orion liner was used in "2001 A Space Odessey" I think - in the scene where the bone thrown into the air by the ape morphed into a ship docking with a space station...and the flying sub is from Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. I think the other ship was from Land of the Giants Graeme

Obi-Jiff Kenobi
I think the other ship was from Land of the Giants Yep, the odd-shaped orange one is indeed 'Spindrift' from Land of the Giants. Obi-Jiff
