1:48 Tamiya Fw-190A-3

Recommended Posts

Having given up on the Dragon Me-262 I needed to grab something from the stash that I could build from the box with the knowledge it was all going to fit! So out came the 190.

The obligatory Box shot

I put some paint and glue in the box, shook and started tipping out parts :)

Needs a little more microsol in places, a coat of flat varnish, the canopy demasking and an antenna and she's done.

I'm aiming to have her ready for the Coventry show next Sunday.

More soon.

Very funny Mark :)

So this evening I've taken the wash off and applied some pastel weathering for exhaust stains and smoke from the weapons.
