English Electric
Hi all, Just wondering if anyone else has had any problem with Tally Ho decal application? I tried to use their stencil sheet for Hurricanes in 1/72, but no joy at all - the stencils broke up, came with excess carrier film and didn't respond to Microsol. This is the first time I've used TH decals so, is it just me, or does this sound like a dodgy batch? The Cartograf ones I was also using went on with no hassles at all... C Sadly its almost academic as Tally Ho seem to have vanished off the face of the Earth! This is sad because he produced some very interesting stuff and I was dead keen to get hold of a couple of sheets of generic Mossie stencils in 1/72nd but they to have now vanished! Suggest you try some Microscale Liquid Decal Film. It really does what it says on the bottle!!! I used it on a pretty old. cracked decal and I put on a couple of coats and let it dry good and proper and then had no trouble with the decal - recommended!
