Mike V
Flood a Tamiya F-16s panel lines with black ink and they'll look "trenchy". I'm sure where you come from that may be true, but here on Planet Earth that's just not the case as Tamiya's panel lines certainly wouldn't look that bad with a black wash. The slap together build does the model not justice either; BTW. Mike V Edited June 3, 2010 by Mike V
DAVE V
Must be honest it looks good, but after the problems iv had with the 1/48 scale versions, im just left wondering if they will still be there but in a smaller scale. Hope this will not be the case. Dave

Mike V
A transcript from the daily post report: Yesterday morning while making Viper rounds, a Viper Enforcer LTD truck lost control ad struck a residential structure. No serious injuries were reported. The cause of the accident was determined to be faulty panel lines in the Kinetic F-16. Apparently, the truck’s right front tire got stuck in one of the trenchy panel lines of a Kinetic F-16 fuselage that was carelessly left on the road. The driver violently pulled the steering wheel right in order to get out of the trenchy panel line and avoid a school bus full of young children. The resulting hard crank on the steering wheel dislodged the right front tire from the trenchy panel line rut, but the violent action punctured the tire and the truck veered to the right, striking a residential house. The school bus proceeded on, never knowing how close it came to disaster. Immediately after emergency services arrived, a representative of the Kinetic Apologist Society was quick on the scene stating that it was the Driver’s fault. The tires were said to be too narrow, but made no correlation to the overly wide panel lines of the Kinetic F-16 fuselage that was left on the roadway. Rallying support from the “Flat Earth Society”, the KAS laid out its case against Viper Enforcer LTD. An investigation determined that the Kinetic F-16 fuselage was likely placed in the roadway on purpose as possible sabotage; though that theory could not be proven. However Law Enforcement did determine that the overly wide panel lines of that Kinetic fuselage, was the cause of the accident. With no alternative to get out of the trenchy panel line but violently turning the steering wheel; the driver had but one choice and chose appropriately. Bobski
This must be a record for the shortest time taken for a Kinetic F-16 thread to turn into a slanging match... Edited June 6, 2010 by Bobski
