Colin Maclachlan
Hi Guys my first attempt at posting. Just joinrd Britmodeller today. Comments please on my interretation of a Coningsby HAS and 29Sqn Typhoon T1[img The HAS is made of 3mm Foam card as used by signwriters heated and formed on a Jig. The front door is also made from foam card and Evergreen plastic. The interior is made from 8mm plastic tubing used as brake pipe in the HGV commercial vehicle braking system. Lighting is from 3mm yellow LED's to replicate sodium lights and a red flashing LED to represent the rotating beacon to warn the door is opening. Vehicles are a mixture of White metal and the Hasegawa 1/72 Airfield accessories kit.
