Ian
Folks Off to Germany (again) on Tuesday for our much belated 'summer' hols. Been many times, but always to meet-up with Carolines family and friends. This time is the first trip just for us. We'll be spending most of our time in the South (with a couple of sideways trips into Eastern France and Switzerland. Question is.... if I were to get a morning at Manching or Erding (for example) to do some photos, would it be tolerated, like here in the UK or do I need permission from the guard house or should I just settle for looking (as opposed to taking pics). I'm sure you know what I'm asking ??? Anybody here in Britmodeller land got any advice/experience on this ??? Thanks in advance. Ian
Gary West
Don't know the answer Ian but quite a few Pics get posted on UKAR from Manching and one or two other GAF bases, so it's accepted I would guess. Personally, I would go prepared and tag onto any spotters you see there already. Usually a crowd
