The Demon was the 'father' of the Phantom, and was one of many short lived fighters of the transitionary period in the late 50's and early 60's in the US Navy that saw the transition from WW II Essex class carriers and Korean vintage airframes to the supercarriers of the Forrestal class and the long lived airframes that became familiar over the skies of South East Asia http://aeroscale.kitmaker.net/modules.php?...le&sid=6650 Thanks to Rowan Baylis and Aeroscale.....
