xffw45343tg
They do give those chaps interesting arm positions don't they? I'm guessing the left hand is supposed to be somewhere near the throttle lever (which emerges from the side panel, somewhat lower down) and the right hand on the stick? Both chaps seem either to be pulling back hard or taking time out of for a quick shandy whilst simultanously doing the "A bear walks into a pub..." joke with their left hands. Grrrr!! Not your fault though Mark - and it's much better than the standard 1/72 "both hands moulded on the thighs" pose. Nice painting too - you really seem to be back in the groove. Mark M
ok well i painted (airbrushed) the grey with xtraclyix med sea grey and then cried, it went all pearly and lumpy, i mixed is as normal with a few drops of warm water and a couple of drops of winsor and newton flow enhancer, so whilst still wet i washed it off the best i could, so when dry i re sprayed with a new bottle of the same paint (old one now in the bin) same mix and heres the result so when firmly dry (painting the red arrow while i waited) i had fun masking using white tac and postit notes then using xtraclyix raf green paint sprayed the rest so after 30mins of drying masking carefully removed and a few bits touched up next for some Klear

PHIL B
Looking good Mark. Love the overall camo. How are you finding the quarter scale Airfix kit to be? Some people seem to think it should be burned instead of built but I think its a bit of alright. Phil.
