Haha yep just seen your thread! I've nearly got all principal construction complete ready to start the fun disrupted paint scheme. But will get some phots soon.

@Paul I was quite surprised that was quite so many pieces!

Hey Royster, that's looking great! Looks like some of us were lucky enough to choose a reasonable kit with a good selection of paints for this build! Hats off to Airfix for this one I think.

Cheers

Kirk

Loved the GB Experience but not so much the build. But thats not to say the kit was bad, infact it was pretty good and some great paints, brushes and glue all in! Well done Airfix!

Good to see another finished F-5 Royster! You've done a cracking job there. Love pic no.2, looks like early morning on the ramp ready for the first sortie of the day!

Cheers

Kirk

Loving these F-5s... I'm going to have to get me one!

these F5-E's are great I have gone and purchased one in case I get modellers block again! no time to build it for May2nd...unfortunatly work/car MOT & family stuff getting in the way (family stuff ok ...especially if 'high command 'accidently should read this!! :undecided: ) The 6 paints (which seem to be better pigments...probably though you are all just better painters!!) & later mouldings than the F5-A seem to produce a very fine model within the restrictions of the build..........super stuff

Thanks chaps..

Good one Kirk! I found out that the sun rays were actually shining off a finger print on my camera! Hence the fog effect..
