crookedmouth
Hadn't ever heard of these till someone else started one for the GB. Passing by my local Hobbycraft, I was tempted inside and couldn't help myself. If noone has any objections, I'd like to enter one for the GB. One question, the white metal parts are a bit rough - apart from the flashing, do they need much cleaning up - smoothing or the like?? I'll post some piccies eventually if I get the green light from you guys. Edited March 9, 2010 by crookedmouth

crookedmouth
To answer myself (the armour group seems to be a bit quiet) I gave it a bit of a sand and polish with my dad's dremel (where has it been all my life?) and a quick enamel undercoat and it looks pretty good. I may give it another fettle and it could do with some filler in places. I can see how those little kits could become a bit of an obsession. They look seriously cute and easy to build into the bargain and are deceptively affordable. I say deceptive, because it could easily be the case that no trip to Hobbycraft would be complete without the purchase of one or two teeny weeny tankies. PS - ChrisITA, you wouldn't consider doing an ITA set for one of these, would you? Edited March 8, 2010 by crookedmouth

ChrisITA
That think is small! No plans to do interiors on this scale I'm afraid. This is not a standard MkVII though, its the Crocodile! Very nice too
