MakingModelsAgain
As I've mentioned to to the point of it being a cure for insomnia, I've just returned to the hobby after a long time and was wonder why people use Klear and more importantly, HOW they use this liquid gold? I'm assuming it's for the applications of decals, but have seen it mentioned in other mystical (to me) ways! I'd be most grateful for an extrapolation! ferny
It has loads of uses i use it to portect paintwork/decals when weathering and to give matt paint a gloss finish, you can also use it to prevent canopies from foging when using CA glue. I apply it with my air brush or a very clen paint brush. Thats just the basics im sure some of the more talented guys on here can give you a more in depth explanation! Hope that helped cheers Jon

Phil W
I have used it for covering minor scratches on glazing, it makes some disappear completely. It is also useful for attaching small etched parts such as windscreen wipers.
