Tango 1
Happy New Year! OK, here's what I finished in 2009........................... First, for the FAW GB over on FSM was this 1/48 Hasegawa F-8 J Crusader built OOB with a homemade base. Each figure represents a member of the GB. Finished at around the same time was my 1/48 Italeri F-4E in SEA markings. For another GB was this 1/48 Hasegawa 109-G-10 built OOB. My very first 109! Next was this awful Hobbycraft kit.........yes I know some wiser than I have turned out some very nice builds with this kit-but not I. 1/48 Hobbycraft Seafury in RCN markings. Now a HUGE project.............my workshop re-furb!! The original workshop suffered storm damage last year, so the whole thing was stripped back and re-built. Here's my new home from home. The first builds out of the new workshop were these: First, Airfix's 1/48 Hawk T1.A in Centenary markings. and Last, just in time for Christmas was this old toy converted by me for a bit of fun! Its Luke Skywalker mounted on his Tauntaun from a scene in The Empire Strikes Back movie. Hope you enjoyed the show!
Skii
Looks like you had a great year Darren, some absolutely cracking builds there, I am deeply, DEEPLY envious of your workshop - my only problem would be I'd never come out of it !
