mumbles
Originally started back in June for my local IPMS chapter group build, missed the deadline, then languished while I worked on stuff for the nationals. Hasegawa decals, otherwise OOB. Edited January 1, 2010 by mumbles

Jazzy Jase
Nice work. Is it just me or does the engine look tiny?
mumbles
That's 1/72? WOW! Cheers, yeah its a nice little kit, a bit idiosyncratic in places, but not bad at all really. Nice work. Is it just me or does the engine look tiny? Thanks . It's not that the engine is small, it's that the cowling and prop are enormous by comparison. It looks okay when in place: I've also drybrushed some aluminium onto the prop to weather it a bit And finished the decalling (another reason for the stall, the fuselage star and bar decals required surgery to locate properly). Decals are a combination of OOB Academy and surplus Hasegawa for the scheme. And sorted out some stuff to go underneath Edited December 28, 2009 by mumbles
mumbles
Ploughing on... Stood up on its legs with no dramas And everything coming together. Engine, stores and shoes added. Just the prop , aerials and canopy to add plus final faffing about and it wil be done
