This is a build i did back in 2008. Brush painted. :rolleyes:

Green is 'Patina'. I made some control surfaces from blobs of putty and shaped them

Added copper wires to simulate cables

Put wire on joytsick to simulate that thread joytsicks often had

See those small gaps between the fusalage and wings? The panels that are to be placed there DO NOT fit well and require trimming and filling..alot of it! so dry fit before glueing.

Scratch building time! I lost the second engine holder and had to re-build one out of cardboard! All what i did was trace the other one, cut it out, and bend it into its shape. Paint it and it will look like nothing went wrong ;)

The 3 lumps of plastic that sit each side of the engine and on top.

Ooh the engine panels! I left them loose. I leave them runing around the aircraft when engine is open. When i want to close it up i use blue tack but the top one sits freely. Though i must abmit they do not fit well!!
