Tango 1
Me again! This time I've "had a go at" the Airfix 1/48 Seafire FR.47. Built OOB with the exception of a PE seat harness. A better modeller than I built the same kit on a simular base and that was my inspiration for this build. Its a nice kit , but the decals are terrible! A mate from the US, donated some from a better quality sheet and they went on without too much trouble. Hope you like it.
gcn
very nice. I do like this plane. Had it in the stash and sold it. Must get another but I think i'm all striped out at the mo.

palacefan
Great couple of models there Tango, I made the Airfix f22 a while back and the decals were crap on that as well. I love your thinking towards building for fun also, its the only way to build.
Richard M
Nice build. Cracking little kit isn't it, along with the F22/24. My decals were OK but the white's were very transparent. I made it a little while ago but in a more pristine condition. Best Rich

Tango 1
Thanks fella's-apart from the decals its a decent kit. I painted the white area first, then put the new decals over the white paint. It certainly makes a difference.

bigbadbadge
Nice work, awesome looking plane. I built one of these and the kit seemed to go together quite well but I remember the decals being a bit translucent. All the best Chris

rodgerkelly
Very nice sir but you may want to check the spelling of the word Korean on the base.
