Aircraft Illustrated or Air Extra (or possibly one of the specials - I think they did one on RAF Germany) would be the first place I would look.

The font/style is theirs from the 80s/early 90s

Type face and picture style look very much like an Ian Allan or PSL publication. If its from a book and not a magazine then some suggestions would be 'Wheels of the RAF' by PSL (which it may come from) or a long shot Modern Combat Aircraft Harrier by IA.

I've just checked the Aircraft Illustrated 'Harrier special' & the Ian Allan book 'Britain's armed forces today (published 1986!) 4 : RAF Germany', & it's not in either of those.

Thanks all so far, very helpful, should reduce the amount of looking up we need to do.

Walrus - The research is a means to an end rather than an end in itself but I certainly don't mind sharing what we have at the end, you never know we may have enough to create an article for the likes of Military Aircraft Monthly.
