WolvoWill
Crikey, I thought I was bad... 1/48 Italeri Tornado GR4 - awaiting a canopy, final decalling and formation lights. Almost there! Expect photos soon(ish). 1/48 Hasegawa F-15C (got everything I need now that I managed to find the Afterburner decals Lakenheath sheet that I'd somehow managed to lose somewhere in the loft) 1/48 Eduard Mirage 2000D (stalled slightly, and everytime I pick it up to do more I dread doing something bad that can't be fixed, like ruining a canopy or something, as I know getting another one of these kits is bloody unlikely!) 1/48 Airfix Hawk 100 (to be built as ZA101, BAE Demonstrator, BL755s, a gun pod and winders - should brighten up the shelf nicely) 1/48 Hasegawa F-14D Super Tomcat - Awaiting a VF-Decals sheet and paint. Starting to wonder if it'll ever turn up though Brian seems a good guy and incredibly passionate about the subject matter VF covered, but somewhat over his head with trying to run his decal business alongside a full time job. I did have a 1/48 Italeri Gripen but dropped it and ended up binning it. Was severely lacking inspiration for it too really...can't help but feel the Gripen is a weedy looking thing! Next up will be a choice between another Tornado GR4 (medium sea grey this time), Monogram A-10, Typhoon F2 or the current favourite - Hobbyboss F/A-18D of the Green Knight squadron. Really looking forward to that Edited August 25, 2007 by WolvoWill

I want to see if the Aires pit will fit it. Actually I know it will, thats just an excuse. You see how this happens? It looks like AMARC around here . However, I do finish kits quite regularly, they have all been worked on over the last few months and they will all get finished, just not right now. So whats the first step of the 12 step program then? Gary I get the impression you like jets.... I suspect your 'yet-to-be-finished' list is longer than my entire inventory (built, unbuilt, and somewhere in-between)! Cheers from NZ Mike

Mike in Aotearoa
So, just looking around me in the office here I can see: Mono' F-105D - really just need to have thepainting finished, odnance put together, and the landing gear done Mono F9F Panther - same as above... Hase' GR7 - needs the fron end installed and a myriad of other odds and sods done on it Airfix Anson - still haven't mustered up the courage to tackle the sanding of the next cowling (one's kinda done) And lurking out in the garage is a started conversion of an AV-8B to GR5, a Meteor F3, a P-3 Orion... the list goes on... But for now I'll just concentrat on the Rafale, Viking, and the Thunderjet... Cheers Mike
Bennygman
Cheers Steve, seems the earliest Hunter 1s were left in their natural metal for the first few months prior to the addition of the airbrake and upper surface camouflage so was going for that. Having never tried an airbrush, far less with Alclad, it seemed a good chance to learn.Shame about the Tamiya cans, from what I understand the company would rather spend the money recalling all the cans now the new labeling laws have come into force because they don't trust shops can put a new label over the old one. Re point one - should have guessed you'd have it covered . Just remember that Alclad is all about surface preparation. Compared to that the airbrushing bit is good fun. Re point two - sounds like madness to me. Steve.
