smuts Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 Hi guys, here's my finished T34/85 with the so called bedspring armour fitted during the final battle for berlin, finished with AV & tamiya acrylics weathered with MiG pigments & Tamiya weathering sets.. Andy.
Derwentsider Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 That looks fantastic. Is it going to be a stand alone model or do you have plans to incorporate into a scenic base amongst heaps of rubble?

smuts Posted October 28, 2009 Author Posted October 28, 2009 Hi guys, thanks for the compliments its a great kit with no fit problems, I Can see me doing another. Hi Smutswhat is with the bedsprings please? was it to counter the Panzerfaust? nice work BTW and a couple of pics in the Not the Red Star GB Gallery would be appreciated the bedsprings was a nickname they were actually factory produced & field fitted just prior to the final battle for Berlin to counter the panzerfaust hollow charge warheads, strange how both UK & US forces in the stan are using the same type of spaced armour against the panzerfausts grandson. I'll post some pics in the Red star gallery later. Andy
