Olfa circle cutters..

You could always do what I've done - a strip of masking tape over the right sized hole in a scribing template and cut round against the metal edge with a sharp pointed blade:

It works best if you need a hole rather than a circle, as sometimes you get a slightly ragged bit on the edge where you start cutting. If you need the circle bit, cut two and position them one on top of the other so that the ragged bit of one is covered by the round bit on another.

I used it successfully to mask the curve at the top of a 1/48 Spitfire windscreen:
