Oh gawd........I've been an' gone an' drooled all over me keyboard.......

Thanks for sharing your piccies Edgar.

It looks like Airfix/Hornby have a model to be proud of again.

These pics show their Mossie to be very impressive.

I'm not likely to actually build one, (not my scale) but never say never.......

Cheers,

:hobbyhorse:

Wingspan 27" + a fingernail, length 20.5" + another fingernail, height (prop blade upright) 7.5" .

Edgar

Come on Edgar be precise regarding finger nail. Is it width, length or thickness? Index, middle, ring or little :D

Surely a special thanks must go to Trevor Snowdon, as he has been championing this cause for quite a long time (20 or so years). Without his persistance I doubt Airfix/Hornby would have "cut the metal".

I for one have ordered mine and am currently working over time to justify a couple more.

Victor K2

P.S. I too would like to see a Hawk T Mk 1 in 1/24,a Victor Mk2 in 1/48 same for Valiant oh go on then, Vulcan as well.

Looks flippin awesome, thanks for posting the pics.

I wonder if there are any plans to release the bomber version as well? From the parts breakdown I'd say it's perfectly feasible - and I think they'd be onto a winner

Edgar,

You are not helping my resolve. I am a 1/72 and sometimes 1/48 person. What do I want with a 1/24 Mosquito, never mind 3 of them..?

Yes, I have pre-ordered one at my LMS...
