Skii
Me again guys and gals I'm trying to find a picture of the rear deck immediately behind the pilots seat on a Typhoon single seater. The revell kit represents this area by a selection of differently sized boxes, but I'm sure there is a load of cabling and wiring interlinking them. I'm quite keen to get this right as its a key focal area on a 1/48 kit with the canopy open. Anyone know of any shots of this area ? spike7451
John, I've just PM'd a mate who's a C/T on IIac Sqn (I think?...I know he's on a Tiffie Sqn at Leauchars) asking for his help with this.I'll E-Mail you with the photo(s) if I get anything back from him. Skii
Merv those are bloody good - better than anything I've found so far. Richard E sent me a good photo but with the canopy down it obscures this area. Thankyou John

Also looking for a clear pic of the cockpit, port side-wall, got lots of starboard one but cant find a clear one of the port side. Also any pics of the rear cockpit wall with seat removed would be a bonus. Thanks, Andy

Sorry, slip of the tongue,he's on his conversion course, guess I should've said 'will be on a Tiffie Sqn back at Leauchers' cause he was there on an F-3 Sqn. Bobski
None at Leuchars yet, is there, or have they sneaked some in without telling anyone? 6 Sqn is due to stand up at RAF Leuchars next year with Typhoon. They will take over the Northern QRA from the Tornado F3s by the end of 2010.
TonyT
Cept the F3 cant go round corners at the moment and the Tiffy needs the F3 to intercept as its radar won't do it....... bar that everything is fine in laalaa land

goon
Thanks for the pics supplied so far. Were there anymore shared about of the rear deck behind the seat, especially the fillet that raises with the canopy itself? Cheers, Gareth
