RFC SPAD XIII - what are the best kits?

I confess to know next to nothing about WW1 aviation beyond the most general facts, but I'd like to build a model of an RFC SPAD XIII as flown by my fellow Falkirk Bairn James FitzMorris. I'd like to build it a reasonable size, so which kits would I be best to look for?

All but one of the RFC SPAD XIIIs had the early wing (With the curved tips) - so in 1/72, either the Revell kit (Albeit actually about 1/68th) or the Eduard 'Early' version (Dual kit) - both have RFC markings.

In the bigger scales, I can't recall if Eduard did an early version of their 1/48th Spad XIII, but the Revell 1/28th version had the round tips as well.
