My Hs123 is probably too far advanced in construction, but does this timescale encompass the Norwegian campaign? Hi Mish, I've looked at all the replies in this topic and I have a count of 17 interested members so far.But as you well know,once a GB starts it becommes more. Open it to all types (planes,ships,tanks,figurines ) and this might well grow into a big GB. IMO it should be all European conflicts (invasions of countries) from 1939 untill the BoB. Loads of possible subjects with markings we rarely see.(Denmark,France,Belgium,Poland ,Norway,Holland,etc...) With Zero as topicstarter(ideastarter) he should be called upon to host too. The Blitzkrieg started in September 1939,maybe this GB could start in September and run for 4 months.I looked at the GB calender and their's nothing WW-2 yet that starts in September. ( invaded,with Denmark on 9 th April 1940: see link) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Weser%C3%BCbung Don't know about the float-Spitfire. IMO it never got further than the prototype.
