James V
Hi, I am currently building the excellent 1/32 scale F-16 CJ from Tamiya, probably one of the best kits I have ever built. I am having trouble with ther ASSpray codes to find an alternative to these and I want to ask other modellers on here if they have any Xtracolour/Xtracrylics or Vallejo or even the FS Numbers for the following: AS-10 - Ocean Grey AS-26 - Light Ghost Grey AS - 27 - Gunship Grey AS -28 - Medium Grey If there are any f-16 or paint experts out there that can help me, I would be most greatful James

Dont know if it is right tho??"36118 (Gunship Grey) on top 36270 (Neutral Grey) cockpit area, vertical stab, and bottom choose any grey you like for the radome" Can anyone confirm?? Yes, they're correct. All USAF F-16s were originally delivered in a three grey scheme (36270 and 36118 on the top, 36375 on the undersides). When going through a depot repaint the underside grey changed to 36270. The radome isn't painted but starts out as 36270 and darkens as it ages. For a detailed insight into the F-16 see the pinned thread on Zone-Five here: http://www.zone-five.net/showthread.php?t=231 The cockpit interior will be Dark Gull Grey FS 36321.
