Ingo Degenhardt
Hi, looks very good - I noticed you created that little 'step' in the very rear of the cockpit behind the rear seat...I did likewise yesterday

Shaun
Nice build and finish These grey scheme Hawks look so old these days,or maybe I'm just getting older? Nice to see Italeri done a nice job on the canopy MDC. Good Work. Shaun Edited August 16, 2009 by Shaun
GregW
Thanks for the compliments Guys, much appreciated. Nicely done! how was the build? cheers Rick Rick Personally I didn’t find the build to bad, fit is generally OK, although not “Tamiya” standard. With a little care it goes together quite well, only area that really needs special attention is the wing to fuselage joint which is interesting! I re-scribed most of the panel lines, as they are somewhat soft, I also re-drilled the rivets as these were somewhat inconsistent. I doubt I would build another thou as the nose shape is quite a bit off and I don’t think its worth double the price of the Airfix kit. That is very nice Greg like it Errr Unusual Flat spot on the nose wheel? Adrian Adrian I noticed the flat spot problem when I was resizing the images for photobucket. I hoped no one would notice!!!! Thanks again Cheers Greg
eng
That is beautiful, this and the gloss black have to be the 2 best schemes the Hawk has worn. Love the subtle weathering. Nice one. Rgds, Eng
