Testors Roswell UFO

Hello there ,

My first post on the forum , and not the last i hope .

Has anyone made the Testors Roswell kit ?

It loooked a interesting kit so i thought i would get it.......for other uses as well !

Where and is it possible to get a lighting kit for the model without sending to america ?

I will post piccies when i start building it .

I'm sure it would look good with a lighting kit. What has always held me back is how to spray the top silver, yet keep it transparent when lit from inside.

Hello and welcome :welcome:

Are you looking at the 'Roswell UFO', the one that looks like a flat diamond shaped fish with inwardly canted tail planes...

Or the circular 'S4' UFO.

If it's the former, I made it some years ago however I didn't know you could light it - didn't think there was much place to put any lighting apart from the cockpit area.

If anywhere would know about lighting these UFOs, it would be http://www.starshipmodeler.com/ although they seem to be having a few server problems lately.

Me too, still got a sore bum from where they shoved the aerial........ oh anyone want to but it before I put it on evilbay? :lol:
