Phil Reeder
This is a OOB build of Trumpeter`s San Francisco.I have previously built the sister-ship Tulscaloosa from 1939,and a 1942 version of the `Frisco, both were full-hull,this time I went for a waterline, and it`s worked out pretty well.I used Gold Medal Models PE,which was some of the best PE I`ve used, being very robust, and thats a help to a ham-fisted old codger like me.I can recommend this kit , highly,I had a great deal of enjoyment building it Bye Phil Edited May 30, 2009 by Phil Reeder
