eng
Wow, I've missed this on its first outing, that is absolutely incredible - both your model and the aircraft itself. I've seen pics of the aircraft before but your model puts the whole thing into a new perspective. Outstanding Sir!! Eng

general melchett
Spoke to Amodel and they 'may' release it next year but I don't have high hopes. Even in 1/144th it'll be a big model... Thanks fellas, appreciate the comments as ever.... Just out of interest to complement the 1/72nd Amodel Bounder I also converted a 1/144th Anigrand M-50 to the proposed operational variant, the M-52 which was to have four Zubets RD-16-17 engines ( possibly RD-17-18 engines rated at 40,000 lbs st), after-burning engines and aerodynamic refinements to greatly enhance its performance. Designed to carry two Raduga KSR-5, (AS-6 Kingfish), ALCM/ASM's as well as internal ordnance with the possibility of recon and ELINT versions later. ...Early in the design phase it was redesigned to have a side-by-side cockpit configuration and an extra crew man in the nose...quite a beast !
