Hi, I'm new to the WW2 site but I am making a model of a merchant ship fitted with an aircraft catapult. I am trying to find out about the Hawker Hurricane type of aircraft which would have been carried: a. were they camouflaged? b. if so was it Green/Brown or Green/Grey etc? c. were the aircraft allocated straight from stock/factory or 'reallocated' from other RAF/FAA squadrons? Examples of CAM (catapult aircraft merchant) ships were Empire Tide and Empire Day. I hope that you can help
