Jens
Why not just use the 19-shot LAU-3 as found in the Hasegawa weapons kits? Regards,
spike7451
Cheers Warris!! Why not just use the 19-shot LAU-3 as found in the Hasegawa weapons kits?Regards Because; A-I dont have the Hasagawa weapons kit B-I lost my job in Nov & have priorities over buying extras as I cannot afford it (ie-Orbits vets treatment) Edited February 13, 2009 by spike7451
Jens
Spike, if I hadn't packed and stored all my weapons sets (and other kits) in preparation for movement to the new house I would have sent you a couple. Perhaps someone else can help you out? Regards,
spike7451
Thanks anyway Jens, Sorry,I was'nt being snotty, just being out of work is a sore point... Besides,I'm going to have to scratchbuild the three pods currently in use & I have a couple of rocket pods from the 1/48 USN Skyraider kit that I'm going to modify. Jens
No worries Merv, I understand your reasons. With all those helpful people here I just figured it would be easier to ask someone for it. I believe the pods in the Skyraider are LAU-3s also. Regards,

mungo1974
If they are 1/48 any chance of them being cast up in resin....i'd love a couple for a WAH-64D Apache
Troffa
If they are 1/48 any chance of them being cast up in resin....i'd love a couple for a WAH-64D Apache The UK Apache doesn't use the CVR-7 Pod as used by the harriers, It uses the standard US M261 Lightweight Launcher. The launcher is cleared to fire the CVR-7 Rockets in UK service. The only difference is the UK M261 have been modified with the Debris guard on the nose. (That black pepper pot thingy on the front) Edit: heres a link that may help: http://www.magellan.aero/content/objects/Rpd.pdf Hope that helps!
