Recently in the last few days I have tried to order some items online from two very well known Manufacturers. In the one case I had to sign-up for access to the site to order and the other site has you go straight to Paypal with your purchases. On the first site I registered and placed the items I wanted in the shopping cart. I proceeded to the checkout and was informed they would contact me in a day or two with shipping amounts. The other site does not offer this. On the second site I emailed the person with a couple of questions and have waited and waited and you get my point. I got an email from the first site telling me the total on the purchase with shipping and they would send a follow-up email again with the PAY NOW option. I tried to check the status of my items on the first site and I can not log in, it won't accept the password. I have contacted them to no answer as of three days now. The other site the same thing, but I have read on a couple of sites guys are hearing back from the dealer with updates and tracking numbers etc. I think I have banged my head real hard on the wall about this one and not sure what to do. Any suggestions??? Oh yeah one other thing - the one manufacturer had people register for the set I am looking for early and I did so and still no joy!!! Sorry to vent but would like some advice. Red Dragon Posted February 11, 2009 Share Posted February 11, 2009 You might want to mention the manufacturer's, that way if anyone else reading your message knows of a problem with the manufacturer or web site they might be able to help.
