Here's a few, will post some more later, A Criquet, (french built Storch I think?) Dave Fleming
Nicepics Eng - just to note that is a Dragon and not a Dragon Rapide. I haven't been since they got Concorde, must get along one day - but my two shudder when I mention going to an aircrafft museum!!
eng
Concorde is housed in it's own hangar which is great but I found it very difficult to get a good photo of the whole aeroplane. A small mezzanine level above the display items at the nose of the aircraft would certainly help and access to the upper floor of the bit above the entrance door would be good. Here's the best I could do - Hope you like! Will hopefully get back there again soon and will try and get some better shots of some of the other exhibits. I had heard/read that the staff have been told they are not allowed to clean the exhibits any more?!! Health and safety gone mad? Eng
Mike
Cool pics Good to see the Konk is being kept in top fettle I've never noticed before, but those intakes bear more than a passing resemblance to the Tornado's

Eng If the exhibits aren't looked after properly then they will of course start to decay and become unsafe. How's that for health and safety gone mad? Thanks for sharing the pics. Arie
Interesting weathering on that Twin-pin, almost looks like they sprayed right over RAF camouflage? Is it a training command bird or a civil airframe? I've always wanted to build one but am somewhat 'resin-adverse'...
Pilgrim_UK
Last time i was there it was pishing rain and the eurofighter was doing full afterburner in it. Are the prices still the same to see Concorde?

I'd say it has not been painted since it was last in flying service, almost thirty years ago.

I saw a Twin Pioneer over Dublin once, late '70s-early '80s timeframe, apparently towing geomagnetic surveying equipment behind it. I wonder if that was 'VF. John
It's a real b****r trying to photograph that Concorde, there just isn't any room! One interesting detail is that one u/c door is finished in what looks like Interior Green and the other is in that strange French chamois colour.
