Rampage55
Outstanding paint work. Very nice, I like that a lot. How did you find this kit to put together? I've been considering getting it for sometime. Mark
OzH
Cheers for the comments The kit is no problem, the MPM instructions are a bit vague, when it comes to the cockpit and the kit is missing any housing for the wing spotlight, hence mine is plasticard! I have this (obviously!) and the Eduard Fulmar MkII. The only difference is the lower chin radiator intake, if you want a Fulmar I you have to get the MPM kit if you want a II you need the Eduard. The eduard kit is cheaper and contains the full in/ex-terior photo etch and canopy masks, so its definatly the better deal as to get these sets seperatly will cost you more that the price of the MPM kit! Its a good kit, goes together without any filler, I think I could have spent a little more time on the wheel bays otherwise gets a thumbs up from me! Rampage55
Thanks OzH It doesn't matter to me if I have a Mk I or II, I just would like to have a Fulmar on the shelve to go with my Firefly one day. So It sounds like the Eduard kit may be the ticket for me. Cheers, Mark

turnerdad
Been tempted to buy the Eduard offering, always had a soft spot for the Fulmar for some reason.
Jon Kunac-Tabinor
Hi Oz - got one in the stash - and this is very tempting for the next build - surprised at how big the crate is too. Yours looks great - will you knock back the brightness of the decals a bit to match the paintwork? Thanks for posting - inspiration indeed.
