Drakendk Posted October 1 Posted October 1 Hi all I’m planing to build a 1/32 A-4ku (Free Kuwait) Skyhawk. I got the Trumpy kit, but i want to spice the cockpit up a bit. I can’t find much information on the cockpit layout, so does anybody know what it looks like? Aires makes an E/F resin cocpit and Red Fox makes 3d decals for the M version. Which one should i pick?
Ranger626 Posted October 1 Posted October 1 The Kuwaiti A-4KU were new build A-4M airframes with a few changes to the nose cone and tail for different electronic fits. Any aftermarket cockpits for the A-4M should be very close to the KU (certainly better than E/F sets). Pay heed to the visible differences in the tail and nose between the KU and the M. 1

Thank you so much @Ranger626 That is highly appreciated 🙂
NAVY870 Posted October 1 Posted October 1 The KU's went to Brazil after the Iraq war. They were redesignated AF-1 for the A birds and AFA-1 for the T birds. 1
