1/72 Airfix He-111 P-2, Luft '46

Here we have the lovely Airfix He-111 with a bit of a twist.  I have done a few Luft '46 schemes now and the silver finish always looks very smart.

Tamiya AS-12 rattle can Bare Metal Silver gives a quick and easy finish with a lovely surface ready for decals.

Eduard mask set is an absolute must for this kit due to the complex shapes involved in the canopy etc.  I used the kit decals, Flory wash for the panel lines and then sealed in using Alclad Aqua Gloss.

I am very pleased with how this has turned out.

Cheers all,

Phil

Interesting... I like it.

The silver finish allows you to see the curvaceous form of the 111 really well.

Genius, to mate up the Luft'46 concept with an He-111!

I'm stunned by how cool that looks in the natural aluminium finish!

Congratulations on a brilliant job!
