I see what you did there.

 

Had a training course today so hard some time to fiddle with Hurricanes.

The undercarriage has been attached.

 

I used some parts from a scrapped Airfix MkI, which needed very little modification to fit.

Need to paint the aerial, fit the pitot, paint the undercarriage MSG, and do the matt coat.

What I thought was a roping looking kit from AZ has been wrestled into shape and looks great. I understand your apprehension with matching sky codes with the band, I hate the matching of paints to decals. looking forward to the matt coat.

Just getting back to this GB after three solid weeks of work and it’s nice to see lots of progress being made within a number of these threads. Love the work you’ve put into this one Simon, I’d be very happy with that result.
